Looking forward
For the first time in several years, I have no idea what I want my resolution to be. It's a strange feeling, though I guess it coincides nicely with the fact that I'm rather aimlessly drifting along with life right now.
I'm also looking forward to the first dream of the year. I still distinctly remember the one from this year, but I'm not sure if it came true or not. Or maybe I misinterpreted it, or maybe it was meant to be a more general idea of my future. Anyway... hopefully this year's will be a bit less... bleak? As nice as the conviction from this year was, I'm looking to some more upbeat ideas this year. Perhaps we'll be able to move away from the leather, smoke and dirt and on to something a bit more cheerful.
*shakes his head* Anyway... Things are in flux again, and I just have to get used to it. For now, I'm focusing on myself: health wise, mentality wise, etc. Then, when I've got myself all set up again (hopefully before the semester starts again) I can help others again.
I really hope this year's dream ends up a bit better. Not that 2009's was bad... it was just a bit confusing.
