Late last night, I finished reading the Gathering Storm, the new Wheel of Time book by Robert Jordan and Brandon Sanderson. I think Brandon did a great job with the characters and the story; I especially liked the sections with Mat and Egwene. I finished the April challenge story and turned it in. I liked the characters and plot now; we'll have to see what happens during the edit. Last week, I pulled out a story from a few years ago to edit and I decided the plot was too much of a mess to expend time on for 4000 words ( Read more... )
