Send a mop, I read my brains out

Late last night, I finished reading the Gathering Storm, the new Wheel of Time book by Robert Jordan and Brandon Sanderson. I think Brandon did a great job with the characters and the story; I especially liked the sections with Mat and Egwene. This was one of the most enjoyable WoT books in years for me and I'm looking forward to the next book.

And I'll be really happy to read more Mistborn books, because it's a fantastic world.

The other day, I sold a piece to OUTSHINE that will come out on December 30. Thank you, Jetse!

Earlier this morning, I tried out the new Comic Reader on the PSP. As you read, you can use the d-pad to move from panel to panel, and you can make bookmarks. You can also listen to your music while reading comics. We already have Marvel's digital comic service on the PC, but the PSP store will have access to other publishers as well. I hope I can read manga when the service officially opens next month.

I'm still working on my galleon. It runs on coffee-power and has yellow notepads for sails. Sometimes cats try to knock it over, but I might build a catnip cannon to distract them.
