The case of Vitaminwater - (note: case is legal, not literal) Coca-Cola Co. is being sued over Vitaminwater, on the grounds that its marketing buzzwords like "defense," "energy," etc. mislead the consumer into thinking the beverages are healthy and beneficial.

Apparently Dunkin' Donuts is giving away a free donut with the purchase of medium beverages today. Go have one for me - there isn't a Dunkin' here for 50+ miles.
