I've had the past couple days off of work.  I don't like my job, however I can only do nothing for a couple of days before I am ready to do some kind of work.  I applied for a job on the postpartum floor.  Basically, it's taking care of the moms and babies after labor and delivery.  I'm also looking into a couple of other places.  I am burnt out on ( Read more... )

I officially got the cut from USAA.  I was told that serving active duty in the military was the only legit way I would be considered for an appeal.  I cried like a baby and I'm not sure why.  It's only insurance, for Christ's sake.

I went to my first college football game yesterday.  I got four days off work and came out to Pennsylvania.  And as it turned out, it was Penn State's last home game against Purdue.  The traffic going into State College was awful and trying to find a place to park was just as bad.  Luckily, my sister and her friend directed me to a parking garage ( Read more... )

Wow.  I can't believe everything that has happened in the past week.  So many changes have taken place in such a short time.  I'm not sure where to begin.  I guess I'll just break it down.

Work:
