I've been feeling very unhappy with my weight lately. I took Seroquel for 3 weeks (as part of our attempts to treat my recent mood issues), and I gained 10 pounds during those 3 weeks! Headaches the past few evenings have been truly terrible. The coloring doesn't really help anymore. Shannon read me a Shakespeare quote this morning: “Self-love, my liege, is not so vile a sin, as self-neglecting.” He said it had made him think of me, that I could use more self-love. Very little headache today. Huzzah! I've taken 2 Tylenol #4 tablets, but I normally would have only taken 1/2 tab for those minor headaches ... I took whole tabs simply because my body is used to more codeine than this, and so I thought going from 5 tablets yesterday to 1 tablet today might be a big jump. Ack. Bad headache. But I wore my slouchy beret-type beanie much of the day with no apparent ill effects. I stopped wearing it hours ago (just to make sure I didn't tempt Headache Fate), and only now, much later, has my headache become bad.
