Yesterday we had a nice visit with Carole and Shelby since they won't be able to make it to the kids' party on the 11th. We hung out inside for a bit and then had fun kicking a ball around the front yard and then blowing bubbles.

I was starting to feel better a few days ago so I stopped using the Zicam. We went to my SIL's for my MIL's Birthday party Saturday and my sore throat came back. On our way home that evening I started to feel like death. My whole body was achy. Still no contractions. She's waiting until I go to bed I think. She's been active today though so I'm not worried.
Jack's birthday party was fun. He loved seeing everyone and loved all his gifts. He didn't want any cake though! What a weirdo.

We got all of our errands ran yesterday. We dropped Jack at my mom's at 9 and then went to the compost site to drop off a bunch of bags of leaves, then went to Cub, then brought the groceries home, then went to the bank, got gas and then went to Walmart ( Read more... ) -

We had fun at the Children's Museum this morning. We got there shortly after they open and that is the best time to go. It was gettting crazy by the time we left at 10:30. We haven't been there in a long time. Like since before Jack could walk! So it was so much fun for him this time. Now that we have a membership....we need to get there more often ( Read more... ) -

We Tivo'd Elmo's Christmas Countdown last night. Jack and I were watching it this morning. Kevin James made a good Santa. I really liked the Bert and Ernie skit with the Sopranos dudes as Bert and Ernie. Bobby was Ernie and Paulie was Bert. Pretty funny ( Read more... )
