Oh, good lord, I'm going to have a nervous breakdown.

I almost did, twice at work today.

To make a long story short, I am going to be at work tomorrow for at least 13 hours. If I'm planning on eating or taking any breaks, then probably more like 14. We're assembling 80 microcolonies, three bumblebees to each microcolony, and it takes 10 minutes ( Read more... )

Gah, I'm so behind on LJ. >.Cirrus is ok... the vet said that she wasn't sure what it was (it's between leftover mammary tissue, or a hernia), but nothing really can be done about it, and as long as it's not causing Cirrus any pain and she's not acting sick, then it's ok. So we collected our honey bees today! Didn't get stung, although got landed on plenty of times. The honey bees are cute, and I like them muchly. ♥

...Too bad Mona and I over-gassed them (carbon dioxide knocks them out so we can place them individually in their cages without mass chaos), and already 5 have died. >.< Whups ( Read more... )
