Locus Award Deadline Nigh
It's deadline time on the Locus Awards. Remember that you don't have to be a Locus subscriber to vote, nor do you have to join anything or pay any fees. This one's totally free, so it should please those people who think the Hugos are illegitimate becuase you have to actually pay money to vote.
