Today is my dad's birthday. He would be turning 51! I can hardly imagine; He was 39 when he died.
I always feel bad because on these anniversaries I never realize it until the day is mostly over. My parents' wedding anniversary was earlier this month too.

My word. Today is the ELEVEN year anniversary of my Dad's passing away. I can't believe it's been that long. I was eleven when he died. That makes me really sad to think that now I am passing into the time where I have lived longer without him than with him. Over half my life. I was so young! So much time has passed. Today, May 29th 2007 is the 10th anniversary of the day my dad died.                   It's so wierd.

Ten years ...that's a long time.

I wanted to take some time to reflect on this anniversary, but I am pressed for time and I have to go to the Brauns tonight... and it's already after midnight.

It's been a busy day.
I was the hostess of a Mary Kay party with Jamie as the Consultant. This was Jamie's contribution to my mission funds. She donated tonights profits! which added up to about $90! it was very generous of her. Thank you, Jamie! Plus I made about $26 from selling pillows/potpourri satchets I made (and Jamie).  Not that many people ( Read more... )
