Today is my dad's birthday. He would be turning 51! I can hardly imagine; He was 39 when he died.
I always feel bad because on these anniversaries I never realize it until the day is mostly over. My parents' wedding anniversary was earlier this month too.  
I wonder how we would celebrate if he were here. Have a family movie night? Maybe not. That's

No, dear. I'm not down. It just happens that I only post when I'm moody or broody or pensive. And remembering my dad doesn't make me down. It's a bittersweet kind of Necessary.
