I feel that my return to Taiwan has been something of a kick to the head in more ways than one. First of all, it's been a culture shock coming back here after a few days in Japan. I'm just reflecting a little over things I'll miss (or not miss) about Taiwan when I head back to Europe for good. While I have to admit that I have been fairly negative about life in Taiwan, there are a number of things I have enjoyed about the place and will miss when we leave.

Just a quickish post tonight to let you all know I got back to Taiwan safe and sound! The flight itself was not that fantastic...absolutely no good movies to watch, barely read my book as I thought the overhead light would bug too many people and, best of all, tonnes of turbulence!
