So, last motorcycle post Shana suggested a road near here called Snickersville Turnpike. I did some reading up on it and the area (including an article by a local comic writer that I enjoy). Tuesday when I posted about the fact that I was about to go on a tour of the US Capitol I was thinking of a picture from one of the previous times I was there. I went back and looked for a post to point to, but I apparently didn't make one. I wasn't making many back then.

I recently had to have my computer repaired in a major way. I had dropped it a couple of times and the disk drive wouldn't eject since the summer. So during that time I had to backup the whole hard drive and then later start over. During that time I found a bunch of pictures that I'd always meant to post. This is way, way past time. But I want to have it down so that I always remember. Plus, this is just one example of when filmcritic was( really wonderful to me. )

I was laying around on my bed around 02:00 and there was NOTHING on TV. Then it hit me: I have a DVD player now. Technically I've had one for 4 years, but I love playing on my laptop so much that I've only used it as a DVD player 3-4 times in those years ( Read more... )
