So, I have been hoping to make a 5-gallon batch of Cranberry Mead for a couple of years now. A few year back I made a one-gallon batch that was DELICIOUS (I'm told). The reason (I think) was that I used a full two pounds of cranberries in that one gallon while most recipes suggest one pound per gallon. (
