Brrrrrr.....
It's back to the usual temperatures for March today which means a very dull day and 10C/50F which felt colder because it was windy.
Mr Cee had the day off today and got up early this morning to take the Smart car in for it's last service and MOT (roadworthy certificate) before we trade it in for a new one in May. The garage is 10 miles from here, but it's on a really good public transport route for us, so he drove over and got the tram and train back home.
I had Pilates this morning, and as he wasn't back in time I caught a bus to the venue. I could have taken the Leaf car, but as the car park for the church hall where we have Pilates is tiny (and always very busy on a Tuesday morning) I didn't fancy trying to squeeze it into a tiny space. The bus is easy and free (it just takes a bit longer). It was a good lesson, but I was doing the hard versions of things so it was a challenge! Mr Cee picked me up after the lesson which was nice.
We decided that instead of waiting until the garage called us, we would make our way over to IKEA which is really close by and have lunch there and wander around so we were nearby to collect the car when it was done. After a quick change of clothes we set off on the train and tram to IKEA. We had a very delicious lunch and a wander around looking at stuff (I bought some candles for the house), collected the car at 2pm, and drove home.
I was really tired when we got back, and I realised that I'd walked over four miles! So we've taken it easy this afternoon and I decided to skip my belly dance class tonight as I am too tired. So we've had a light dinner and I think I'll have an early night later!
Today's question: 29. If you found out a close friend or relative was doing something illegal, what, if anything, would you do about it?
As everyone else has said it would depend on what they were doing! I'd probably have a quiet word with them and point out that it was illegal and see why they were doing it and then make a decision about what I would do after that.
