Remember last Thursday, when I told you I made a perfect omelet? Well, I became somewhat obsessed, as I tend to do. I've eaten a half dozen omelets this week, and I thought I'd give you the lowdown on what I've learned before I see Top Chef tomorrow.(..and get obsessed with something else...)
