Every food blog has a list of blogs they read. Sometimes I will open all of these is separate tabs and skim through weeding out the really terrible ones (I found maybe the worst pictures of food, ever, today) and the upper lever mediocre ones and good ones I add to my Google Reader (♥) to weed out later, as necessary. Tonight, I made that Bittersweet Chocolate and Pear cake I posted about...this morning. I don't generally get on the ball with things so quickly, but I was going to babysit for my friend this evening and she (enviably) has a Kitchen Aid mixer, which is helpful with this recipe.
