Several Missions to Conquer HEAD ON!: Day 11

Well… I’m in the first steps of starting my own business. This is going to be my own baby and no one else. No independent contractor of someone else’s business or anything like that. If this fails it will be completely my fault. This whole plan is a bit daunting but I have faith and that’s all I need right now. That and loads of information on how to get everything up and running. I’m going to test out some stuff and see how that goes, I feel a bit scattered with this business but I have to start out slow. There’s just so much I can do with it, I don’t really know where to begin. I want to talk about work but that just depresses me so I won’t. HAPPY THOUGHTS!

So I got off to a really late start today. I was late for work but when I got home, I ate my dinner and went straight to sleep. This is the second time I did that. I was so exhausted when I got up I forced myself to work out. I never have been so disciplined before. I’ve been really good with staying with my goal of eating pizza only once a week. I’m eating less diary, I think. Yeah, I think so. Discipline is a great thing, especially with the body. I didn’t beat any records today while working out but that’s ok. I was so tired I was surprised I was closer to yesterday’s big record. Tomorrow I’m going to get back on track. I have stop putting so much red pepper in my tofu steaks. Heart burn is no fun.

I'm making small progress on chapter three, it's slow but I'm trying to finish either by Sunday or sometime next week. I have too!!!!

STATS!!!!
Treadmill
2.35 miles in 32.47 minutes. Hit the 2.00 mile marker at 27.40. Only seven seconds off but that’s ok. I was bit tired this time and started really late tonight. I love working out late though but not too late. I try to keep track of the calories but I always forget shortly after.

Cycling
3.60 miles in 10 minutes. I was actually trying to pass that mark today but I couldn’t. I had the same time yesterday, I believe. Oh well… I only cycle to help my legs out after running. I don’t think it helps much, maybe, probably.

Tomorrow, for sure…. I will do abs and some curls. Well, it’s time for me to go to bed.
