For starters, I want to once again thank everyone who offered prayers and support during the period leading into Thanksgiving when my beautiful grandmother passed away. I really and truly do appreciate the warm thoughts and condolences offered by my online friends.

Daddy called a few minutes ago to let me know that Grandma passed quietly without waking up about 10 minutes after they cut off life support. Just got a call from Daddy ten minutes ago. Mom and my aunts are having the doctors take Grandma off the machines now. Will be contacted in about an hour or so with news either way.
