For starters, I want to once again thank everyone who offered prayers and support during the period leading into Thanksgiving when my beautiful grandmother passed away. I really and truly do appreciate the warm thoughts and condolences offered by my online friends.

It's that time of year again; the time of year when FSU starts harping on the employees to make donations to the United Way of the Big Bend (i.e. Tallahassee's local United Way chapter).
