A winner of a day
Had a good cry in my boss' office today. It was the best! I am not humiliated and mad at myself for professional self-sabotage at all! And frankly the issue, while thorny and somewhat upsetting, was not at all worth crying about, so what the hell, self. UGH.
On the plus side, I have now figured out after only, like, a year and a half, that there is not a fandom somewhere with a character named Y/n that keeps showing up in crossovers. Y/n stands for "your name." I assumed it was an anime thing - for some reason I thought she was an assassin. "What a weird name," I thought, "but, well, anime."
I... was clearly not paying attention.
