Today was a busy day. At least it was to me. I got to the office early even though people in CT do not know how to drive, walk or anything else. I was checking the informed delivery from USPS and nearly choked on my tongue I was getting my insurance bill and I wasn’t sure if it was the house insurance or the car insurance part. I didn’t really have a lot planned for this morning. I just wanted to sleep since it took me a while to get to sleep last night. Yep the decaf coffee did that. I have been feeling like crap for most of the day.  At some point I started getting “the poops”. and it seemed to slow down until mid afternoon and anytime I would go to blow my nose.  I ended up canceling my appointment with the health coach.  It's been rescheduled for later on in the month.  I was glad to be going home.
