I have no idea what to do with my life.

I like to do things with my hands like sewing and knitting, but I am not good enough to make much money at it.  Plus everything takes so much time, but no one is willing to pay what a handmade item is worth.

It is very frustraiting.

Went to the local Moose Hall this morning for the Last Minute Market which is a craft market which is almost every Saturday.  I pick up nifty handmade crafts, bath items and items to be made into bags and other goodies.  One day soon I want to rent a table to sell the bags I have made ( Read more... )

My boss gets the JCrew catalog sent to our office. Their theme this season was Tokyo. Now I am all sad and nostalgic from looking at all the pictures of the models in places where we all hung out during our times in Japan. It was snowing again today and it is so cold.  I think i am going to need some fingerless gloves so i can continue to type if this keeps up.  Apparently i have such bad circulation that the constant movement of the muscles in my hands and fingers is not enough to keep them warm.  I have also noticed this wen playing the piano.  Stupid fingers.  Me ( Read more... )

So, the Snowbirds were supposed to perform for us last night.  It was sunny on Wednesday, it is bright today, but it rained most of yesterday.   Still, everything was a go until 15 minutes before show time when the fog rolled in.  It was like one moment you could see across the water, the next everything was white.  Sucks ( Read more... )
