• table + chairs are assembled
• telephone line in the old flat will be cut tomorrow
• telephone and internet SHOULD start working in the new flat tomorrow afternoon
• we'll get our IDs (address) changed first thing tomorrow morning

Today was the BIG SPENDING day. Mel and I met in the city and went to Saturn (chain store that sells bigger and smaller electronic stuff). After looking around and reconsidering for some time, we had decided to buy our washing machine and fridge-freezer-combination there ( Read more... )

Just to keep you updated on the furniture issue, here is the list with the currently purchased stuff:
- 4 dining chairs
- 1 dining table
- 1 BIG wardrobe
- 1 CD/DVD shelf

And then Mel saw something helpful to keep a plant from growing astray. Said thingies look like this, very bendy frogs.
