Update:
Telephone works in the new flat (as of yesterday). Internet? doesn't.
My provider has to wait for the written note by the telephone company that the telephone works. And only then they can press the button (or something like that...). They do need that rubbish letter though -.-;;;;
Oh well, at least I've got internet at work.
