Last day of my last ever summer vacation.  And I'm at work.  Fail.

You know what the worst part is of getting a cavity (or three) filled?  How your teeth don't line up quite the same way after and for the next two days you feel like your jaw is an inch or so out of alignment (when in fact it's probably more like a fraction of a mm).  I hate that ( Read more... )

1.  Vala had her second round of shots yesterday.  She cried a little bit but was very well behaved.  They cleaned her ears a bit too.  There's still gunk but no more mites thankfully.  They vet and her assistant kept marveling over how well behaved she is.  They called her an angel.   I told them they should try sleeping in the same room as her ( ( Read more... )

1. So I'm starting Stargate Atlantis season 4 this week.  I'm looking forward to more Samantha Carter, but I have a feeling it's also going to make me miss the SG1 team.  I mean, what are they doing without her?  After all the work Cam went through to get the band back together?  I have the same problem with the old gang showing up on Universe.  ( Read more... )

1.  I slept through the night!  Kitty didn't let me sleep in, but it was only a little before when I usually get up for work anyway, so I'm not upset.
