meanwhile, then I have to Clean Condo, and the cats are missing me, this is my life LOL

Last night's dinner & red wine obviously inflamed my GERD, and then the leftovers did similarly for lunch today, so -- I need to avoid spicy food and alcohol for a while.  For tonight's dinner I left out the red pepper flakes and skipped the wine, and I'm feeling better ( Read more... )
