Hi, so we currently have Time Warner Cable, with TV, internet, and phone service, but we really want to switch to satellite or digital TV, where could we get the different information for TV services avalible and which services offer both? I went out to a cable store yesterday and picked up an HD box. Having heard how they just recycle problem boxes I was glad to see mine was new.

Got it home and hooked it up. It booted and then the face plate read "Ait" for like an hour. Called Time Warner's Mumbai help desk and was told. The new boxes take 24 hours to load the software. Well ( Read more... )

We just purchased a new house in Blue Springs, and I'm trying to set up our telephone, cable or satellite, and Internet services. What companies provide local phone service in KC besides ATT and Sage Telecom? Everest looks great, but doesn't offer service in Blue Springs. Has anyone used Sage?
