Telephone, Satelite and Internet

We just purchased a new house in Blue Springs, and I'm trying to set up our telephone, cable or satellite, and Internet services. What companies provide local phone service in KC besides ATT and Sage Telecom? Everest looks great, but doesn't offer service in Blue Springs. Has anyone used Sage? How is their service?

Also...Dish Network or DirectTV? Which do you prefer, and why?

And finally, besides ATT Yahoo...what other companies offer DSL in the area?
