Why can't banks do one fucking thing right?

With my primary bank (BMO), I've had to deal with them taking payments out of my account that aren't mine (and they just fucking did it again, so I need to go in there and cancel my accounts, because I'm sick of this shit), and they also kept NOT issuing me a replacement Mastercard when I needed one.
