Let me first say that I have no quarrel at all with the Container Store, whose customer service is what I expect to get in the afterlife, or I'm not going. After getting advice from Alice, I got a quote from an arborist for replacing the trees ($2500-3500 for full grown ones, yeek!), and Aaron talked to the builder. He seems pretty amiable and willing to make amends; even came out today and had his workers put down straw on the disputed triangle to prevent erosion. One of the few things I dislike about our house is the closets. Our apartment in Decatur had walk-in closets, and boy, did those spoil me. Now all we have are reach-ins with bi-fold doors, and the flimsiest, klugiest design you've ever seen.
