What are some good cooperative games? I've heard good things about Pandemic.

Mostly I'm looking for games where I can play with the children, but still try to play well. (Recommendations of games that require reading or subtle gameplay are welcome, I'll just postpone playing them with the children for a while.)

At last night's gaming party, there was a game of Bohnanza. Unfortunately, our version is in German, and none of the group who were playing were fluent in German.
