Ok, this week's been a bit more eventful so far. On the productive front, I've been doing some reading ("The Creative Mind" by Margaret Boden) for my research paper. I've also been doing a stock-take, i.e. entering details of my comics collection into my database, so that I have a list to take along to the marketplace next weekend ( Read more... )

It's been a fairly quiet couple of days here. College is clocking along ok, although I still have an impressively large stack of reading to do. Hmm, I had such good intentions for last night - go to pub, have a quick drink (maybe a Coke), then go home and do some studying. Just got back from the Star, where Bob had his birthday drinks. Pleasant evening, and I met some new people (e.g. Bob's colleagues from work). I'm also still pretty much sober, after 5 bottles of Diamond White - I think I benefited from spacing them out over the course of the evening (5 hours), and having a couple of pints of Coke in between.
