Ahh, leagues are in 4 hours....I am so nervous!!  My knee is bothering me.... This is it for me, it's all or nothing.  I'm going for 1:05.98 in the 100 backstroke, and our 200 medley relay is trying to break the 1:58.5, our record at school.  I'm scared shitless....wish me luck!!!

Well, I had my appointment today.  My PCL tore away with a piece of bone...it'll heal on its own.  There are some small ligaments in the back of my knee that are torn and need to be repaired and the cartilage between my knee is broken and needs to be fixed as well. Putting my foot down or placing weight on it, puts a risk on my cartilage being ( Read more... )

Hey everyone.  Well it's official... my last year of swimming is not happening.  I screwed up my knee. My ligament tore away from my bone.  I have to go see an orthopedic surgeon on Thursday to see if I'm gonna get a cast, or if he is gonna operate....  This sux!!!!  My last year of swimming.  It's supposed to take about 1 to 2 months to recover.  ( Read more... )
