Just planted some hardy summer vegies on the cusp of winter. I think they should be fine, only problem is potential of frost. I got lots of leftover heavy plastic to make a greenhouse though. I just bought a cheap long-board skatey at K-mart. Not sure how long it will last me but it looks like fun and it has bigger than standard wheels which will be good around here. I will probably take it to Perth with me on the Anzac day long weekend. It's a little heavy but I reckon it will make getting around a little less energy intensive ( Read more... )

Long time no update, eh? I have been spending too much time playing Wii. On Sunday I spent all day watching Nic play soccer. She got shoved off to another team, but the team she was meant to be playing with got into the grand final and only lost on penalties.
