went out for lunch mmmmmm it was sooo good... had sunday roast!

Came home after some quick shopping... got into bed.. had snacks watched tv.. what a great day!

Even Wally the cat stayed in bed with us!

So ive really started to notice this week changes in my body and in my mind. Im trying to post as much as i can on here to keep a diary of my pregnancy etc. Also my memory has gone to mush I think this baby is sucking the fuel from my brain!

About IR (intermediate fasting) and its funny because the plan that I follow is exactly just that.. i set my times weither it be 20/4 or 24/3 etc

Fred and Matt My NAVY boys from Italy are coming over this weekend. Its the American long weekend and they have it off!

They fly into newcastle in about 2hours and im VERY VERY VERY excited!
