Smart Ones Roast Beef (in portobello vermouth sauce with broccoli and cauliflower)

I bought this awhile ago, and I've been avoiding it, but today I decided to give it a try.  And it's good!

Pros: BEEF!  Rare in frozen meals, tasty, yummy veggies, great sauce
Cons: longer cook time, meat isn't as tender as you hope it will be

Smart Ones Pasta Primavera.  At last, a succinct title!  Here's the description, though: Tender bow tie pasta with broccoli florets and julienne-cut carrots in a creamy Parmesan sauce.

Pros: YUMMY! Healthy-ish cream sauce, broccoli, cooks really fast, YUM!
Cons: no meat -- but that's ok once in awhile, Smart Ones rarely go on sale

Healthy Choice's Gourmet Supreme Pizza with Fire Roasted Bell Peppers and Onion, Sausage, and Reduced Fat Pepperoni (now with zestier sauce!)

So, you know how some people are "emotional eaters?"  I don't deny that I'm a member of that club, but even more than that, I am a stress eater.  I'm like, "AUGH! STRESS!, where's my food?"  It's a little frightening, really.

So, today is going to be a day of fighting (and defeating!) the stress AND boredom AND frustration gorging urges.  Fun.
