Ok, so on some level, I'm sure we all basically know what food is "good" and "bad" for us (I don't like labeling things as good and bad, hence the quotation marks).  We know that  "fried" and "creamy" are suspect adjectives, and any entree on a menu containing those words are probably bad for us.  But how bad?  I would assume kind of bad, but it's ( Read more... )
