Smart Ones Roast Beef (in portobello vermouth sauce with broccoli and cauliflower)

I bought this awhile ago, and I've been avoiding it, but today I decided to give it a try.  And it's good!

Pros: BEEF!  Rare in frozen meals, tasty, yummy veggies, great sauce
Cons: longer cook time, meat isn't as tender as you hope it will be

Overall, satisfies my craving for Grandma's Franken-Ribs (really, flank 'n' ribs, but I prefer my version) while also giving me a full serving of veggies!  Not too shabby!
