OK, I've been having issues finding the "Maximum Drive" series at the library, but I found a couple other books....

I had to stop reading "No Country for Old men" today.  It's pretty graphic.  Because I'm a visual person, I can imagine what's happening.  I've read true crime novels.  But, this book is a little boring, and pretty graphic.  The baby thing was just too over the top for me!  I passed the book onto Mike, I hope he enjoys it.  Hey, he liked the movie ( Read more... )

I picked up the book, because I don't think I could handle the gore in the movie.  I'm 10 pages in and the guy has already killed 2 guys, and taken target practice on animals.  Yeah, I think I'll stick to the book!

I'm soooo excited!  I've ordered this book to be sent to Borders for pick up!  I'm soooo excited!

I just finnished "Devil in the White City" yesterday.  And to be honest, I found half of the book boring.  I wanted to read a book about america's first serial killer, and I got half history of Chicago.  In the end it was OK, I learned something, but it felt like a history book.  It all tied together in the end.  It was kind of cool ( Read more... )
