Yeah, I'm addicted to reading! Who'd know?!
I rule! I read two books already this year!
The first book was "Sucker Bet". I picked it up when I was looking for a book that was reccommended to me, but I came across this one first when I was telling my friend about "Undead and Unwed" (Which I gave to my friend Nel last week). I was hoping for a more vampirey book. But, it was more of a romance novel. They got more into the vampirey stuff the last 80 or so pages. If you want a steamy read, this is it! They had like I think 10 "romance" scenes. Again, not what I was looking for, but it was a fast read. I have the feeling the way that they left it that the 5th book might be more vampirey. I'm not rushing to buy it though.
Second book, my friend Jess said she would lend to me when I picked up "Sucker Bet". She lent me "Something Borrowed." It's a book about a girl who falls in love with her best friend's fiance, and he falls in love with her. At first, I was like "That sounds horrible!" But you have to read it to know why in the end you're rooting for Rachel. Darcy is a total beotch who always gets what she wants, she doesn't even really love Dexter. I want to read the sequel later "Something Blue", it's Darcey's side of the story.
So, yeah to "girly" books, quite a fast read, even though they were like 300 pages long. Now I'm off to read another! I bet at this rate I will read 20 books this year! Sa-weet!
