Got the new issue of SFX which had an article on sci-fi classics that missed out at the Oscars such as Blade Runner, Donnie Darko, Alien etc. which was interesting - I think sometimes it's because the films aren't really appreciated at the time + it's only a few years later that they become known as classics. I liked the 1st series of Love/Hate (Irish gangster drama Channel 5 have been showing) - it had a great cast incl Aiden Gillen Robert Sheehan, Ruth Negga and Ruth Bradley (Emily from Primeval) - so I hope they show the other series. Finally saw Criminal Justice with Ben Whishaw. It was amazing - thought it was really good (but then I do love a good prison drama). Ben plays a young man who is wrongfully accused of murder and ends up having a hard time in prison/being manipulated by his legal team.
