So my busted cyst side is sore, but over the past few days the majority of pain had migrated up into my stomach.  I was in serious gastrointestinal distress and not feeling at ALL good.  I say to Eric, "Damn, my stomach is really hurting!  I'm wondering if this is because..."

I'm out of the hostiple.  I'm very tired and want to sleep... but BOY was it nice to have lunch with dannonsarisa & balivatn!

I've been waking up at 4:30am to exercise (yoga or Slim in 6) every day this week.  I've been getting lots of sleep.  And I've been meditating.  Still riding the crest of the Ojai weekend wave ( Read more... )

1. I've been down for the count for two days.  I have a cold, and while I feel incredibly restless, I can't seem to really do anything because I get exhausted the minute I get up and move around.

It was a kind of rough day yesterday.  I had to go to work because I had a PD meeting to run.  The kids were sweet.  They made me cards and posters and gave me many, many hugs.  Still, I was in a lot of pain and kind of loopy from the Flexeril.  Ariel also got me a cake and put balloons in my room.  She also got me a cool pirate purse with one of ( Read more... )

BOLT is, without the shadow of a doubt, way better than Twilight.  We went to see it yesterday with the zenyogagirl and her man, and we loved it!  I think we all had misty moments, but we also laughed and enjoyed the antics.

Did I mention that I was in the ER on Thanksgiving day?  Totally pinched my sciatic nerve.  Couldn't even walk for a while.  ( Read more... )
