I managed to make it until around 7 last evening before I had to crash. But then I was up a little after 8 to walk off leg cramps, not an unexpected occurrence given the workout I gave my legs yesterday but not as bad as anticipated. Don't get me wrong, I love 3-day weekends. If I could find a job that would give me the option of working 4-10 hr days in a row with 3 off I would do it in a heartbeat. I baked my ham and made my colcannon and I can go into a food coma now. Back around Easter I was looking for an alternative to the basic pineapple and brown sugar topping for my ham and did a little online research.
