I watched the first two episodes of Legend of Korra that leaked, and really enjoyed them. It wasn't as jarring as I'd thought it would be, and they did a pretty good job of uniting the two series, but also keeping them separate enough that you wouldn't get lost in the first while watching the second.

One of the children at the daycare presented me with a book she'd got at her school's book fair for me. It was one of the Avatar: The Last Airbender mini-novels, summing up some of Book Two: Earth. No reason, she was just aware that I liked the show and chose to get the book for me. It helped with the rest of the day.

Tomorrow I go to the Renaissance Faire the first time this season, which for me shows the true arrival of fall.
