I am shockingly old and decrepit. This weekend, I appear to have managed to hurt my back by jumping up and down to stomp dust out of my hiking shoes. No. Really. I felt this aweful twinge and for the rest of the day experienced a fair amount of pain every time I made a state change between sitting and standing. I had a pretty good weekend.

Friday after work, darkstormangel and I went shopping. I wanted to (and did) find some nice things for wearing around the house in the evening and to bed. As a part of my new, increased exercise plan, I've been taking hikes on saturday mornings.
