Our house is beginning to look a lot like Christmas :)  The tree is up, the house is decorated, and I finished everyone's stocking.  Not bad!

Our latest paycheck was the first that we were going to pay for Christmas with so I decided to go shopping except for I didn't do so well.  Why is it that 8 year olds want toys that are going to break in two weeks and 14 year olds want nothing but super expensive items?  I managed to buy a few things but I really haven't made a dent in my list this ( Read more... )

I had a fantabulous weekend.  Friday night was PNO at the BGC.  We had from 6-11 p.m. to do whatever our hearts desired.  We went to Fred Meyer to pick up stockings for Reed and Rene's gag gift.  Kip decided he wanted to take me out to dinner at the Ram.  He has heard great things about the burgers and the beer.  We have no money and have been ( Read more... )

Dominick's holiday concert was last night and this is the first time I really had the proper clothes to dress him up.  He was so cute!

Kip got off work early last night so he could go to Dominick's basketball game.  Boy was Dominick surprised.  I've been pretty miffed by his behavior and his over the top competitiveness this season but once he saw Kip his attitude and demeanor changed.  Kip is a good influence :)
