I just awoke from my nap to a cute blonde boy laying on my chest. Yes, who else but my 8 month old nephew, Burke- stretching his chubby little hands towards my face- and then STABBING ME IN THE EYE- SLICING MY CONTACT OPEN AND MAKING MY EYEBALL LOOK LIKE A CHERRY.

That kid has fingers like knives.

Okay! Here's an update on the baby situation:

They decided to spell his name 'Burke', which is alright. When I tell people the name, I'm usually met with silence. charmingAnyway, Burke is in intensive care, he got fluid in his lungs, and they're afraid he might have pneumonia.
