A few days ago, my phone started this annoying and constant habit of CALLING RANDOM PEOPLE at ALL hours of the day and night, and then hanging up on them. Tried these today. As mr_illuminated put it, they're basically Tootsie Roll drops in candy shells. I'm not a big fan of them. Your mileage may vary.
