My project manager apologised for some of his behaviour and said that he wasn't ever the best people manager to start with. He then spent some time pointing out how the other ITPM hasn't stepped up to the plate and that I seem to have born a lot of the work, and that while this isn't fair he needed me to run down what my actual job responsibilities ( Read more... )

• Flu vaccination yesterday, free from work, no obvious side effects but my arm hurts a lot more than other shots have.
